According to this post, this is suppose to be fixed:
But its still not working with the Arlo Go cameras.
Firmware is stuck at: 1.096.3.0_1.8.56.0_4 on all cameras, with no option to upgrade them from the My Arlo portal.
I have tried multiple times to reach out to support via chat and always get unavailable after selecting the Arlo Go camera in the drop down.

Seems to be an issue still with the Arlo Ultra base station. 😞
No firmware updates available.
EDIT: I can download it on my phone and watch it, but I cannot watch it from the app even though it says 30 seconds has been recorded. The play button never shows up.

I have also this issue and no update.
I am still on Version 1.096.3.0_1.8.55.0_16.
Do you have a solution?
Thanks

Finally being told by support that its Verizon that has not approved the latest firmware for our cameras and until they do, this functionality will be broken.

Verizon finally updated the Firmware, yet this functionality still does not work. Guess its time to find a new solution for a camera, since Arlo can not even support their own products.
