Hello!

Can you please send a token reset for the VMB4000 connected to this account. It stopped working after upgrade to IOS18.

@Isacksenfamily I sure can. I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

@BrookeN I performed the steps as indicated above and within the Arlo mobile iOS app.  I'm still getting a "HomeKit setup failed" error message.  Can you assist?

Try logging out of the account and logging back in. Making sure that homekit has access. And then resetting the basestation and following the steps for setting up without a code.

Can you please dm me the last 4 of the serial number that you are wanting reset.

@BrookeN , thanks for the help.  

I've performed the steps as documented in the link; however, I'm still getting the "HomeKit setup failed" error message.  I've reset my HomeKit hub and logged out/in of the mobile Arlo app.  The last 4 of the serial number associated with the hub I'm having issues with is "255E".

That is the one that I sent the token reset to. The only other thing to try is to reset the basestation. Keep in mind though you will need to add the cameras back on as well.

@BrookeN I've found a few minutes to reset my Arlo and Apple Hub and HomeKit.  Same error message, "HomeKit Setup Failed".  Do I need a token reset to the same serial number?

@BrookeN update.

 

Rebooted my router and Arlo hub can now access my HomeKit hub.  Case can be closed.
