I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions

My Arlo Hub and cameras are not discoverable on HomeKit either. Please send a new token.

Have powered off and restarted the Hub but still not getting past the “discovering your device, please wait…”

Logged out of the app on both iPhone and iPad. Still not discovering the station…

The only other way would be to do a full reset on the basestation. Please keep in mind that you would need to add back on all the cameras.

@MaxBurner - I don't recommend resetting the base.  Lots of posts here from folks with VMB4000s who did that, and were unable to add it back to their account.  No idea when that issue will be resolved.

@StephenB it was the other user that had the VMB4000. His token reset worked. Although, looking just now it does appear that he also has a VMB4000.

yes. i have a vmb4000.

but i did only a powercycle and not a full reset of it. after it came back online i could add it back to homekit from within the arlo-app. worked like a charm!

maybe worth mentioning: i did remove the base-station from within homekit at the very start. i only asked for the token reset when i could not add it again…

I finally got it all to work after deleting all devices, deleting and redownloading the app, and adding them all back. Naturally, they all need to be on the same network but finding the connected network within Arlo Secure was apparently impossible.

I am glad that you got it to work. If you have any other questions please let me know.
