I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Hi Arlo support,
I have the same problem as others here.
I can't connect my Arlo Pro Base Station to HomeKit via the Arlo Secure app.
The setup screen says "Discovering your device. Please wait." but never finds my device.
Can you please reset my token?
Arlo Pro Base Station : Harware VMB4000r3 , SN 4R026B7AA22B3
Thanks!

Thank you!
But now the cameras connected to my downstairs base station (VMB5000r6) are not responding in the Apple Home Kit app (works fine in the Arlo app). I tried removing and re-adding the base station to Apple Home Kit and it cannot be found (both through Arlo and Apple HK app). I tried restarting the base station too. Any ideas

Blablah12345,
I've reset the token for device ending in 0579. You should be able to set up using the same instructions linked above.
