Hi, 

 

I need a Homekit token reset in order to pass the "looking for your devices, please wait" message I get when trying to add my base station to Homekit.

 

Please advise.

I am also in the same situation and would like a token reset please?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

The "DEVICES FOUND" section in the screenshot above wasn't visible before the reset.  Now it shows, but the loading icon just keeps spinning.   Let it idle for 15 minutes after powering off and powering on the hub.

Try reinstalling the Arlo mobile app. Do you still experience the same behavior?
