Hello Arlo team,

I got the Arlo pro 2 and I cannot find the code to pair it with HomeKit. I was looking at the base station or instruction and nothing. I noticed in other posts that you guys do a reset token and that provides what I need to have the HomeKit button available. Could you guys do that for us ? 

base model: VWB4000

Hi ShayneS,

 

Yes, I tried those instructions. Specifically the part: To setup an Arlo device without a setup code.

But then I don’t see the HomeKit button. I can see my Arlo pro base, all my Arlo pro cameras as paired devices and local storage. So probably it needs to be added through a software update or the method that someone mentioned as “reset token”.  Please let me know what else is possible in this case to get them added to HomeKit.

Can you try removing and re-installing the Arlo app?
