Hi.  I have a new Arlo setup with four cameras and the VMB3500 base station.  I cannot get the base to connect to the Arlo Secure app either through the iPhone or through the Internet.  I am using T-Mobile  Home internet and a speed test is telling me that I am connected at high speeds, but Arlo support is telling me it is the network.  Has anyone else overcome this issue?

FWIW, I checked out the T-Mobile network a while back, and successfully connected a VMB5000 to it.  But this was not a new setup, all I did was move the VMB5000 from my normal router to the T-Mobile gateway.

The iPhone does need to be connected to the gateway Wifi, and if you use a VPN on the phone it needs to be disabled.

Did you try installing it from a PC (my.arlo.com)?  That sometimes will work when the app fails.

Also, look at the attached devices list on the router, and see if the VMB3500 shows up on that list.
