Failed to add Smart Hub to HomeKit

Dear Support Team,

 
I am having a Smart Hub and trying to add it to my Apple Home. I have tried either from the Arlo App or from Apple Home but in vain. However, there are some differences regarding the result.
 
When I add my Smart Hub from Apple Home > Add Accessory, my Smart Hub can be detected when I choose <more option> but it always returns a message saying that "Unable to Add Accessory" - This accessory cannot be used with HomeKit.
 
On the other hand, if I add my Smart Hub via the Arlo App, I will just keep loading infinitely.
 
Please kindly help to resolve this issue. Thank you

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?
