Arlo base station won’t connect to homekit

My Arlo homebase isn’t showing up on HomeKit set up. I’ve tried restarting, and I’m on the same Wi-Fi network, and still nothing will show up. I think I need a token sent to my station

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
