Hello,
There is a error message when I want to view my Arlo cameras (VMC3030) on my Google home hub 2 (see picture)
All cameras are working fine in the google app.
Does it have anything to do with End of Life support for this model?
Anyone a solution?

FWIW, it's not "app firmware", just the app software version.
It's in the "about" section of the app, so look around for that section.

When I say "show camera", I get the following message on the Google hub:
Arlo
The camera stream cannot be displayed right now.
When I first logged the problem, when I said "show camera", lines of code would appear on the Google Hub.
Also, if I remember right, I used to be able to view a camera from within the Google Home app on my ios device. Now, all I get it a black screen.
So, now I'm getting two issues instead of one.

Can I please get the following information:
1. The version of the Google Home Hub
2. The version of the Google Home app(screenshot of the Arlo cameras showing in the Google Home app)
3. If there are other devices working with Google Home Hub?

Looks like I can view the cameras using the IOS Google Home app. But, I just checked and still cannot view the cameras on the hub. The message is cannot stream right now. Here is the info you requested:
>1. The version of the Google Home Hub<
1st Gen Google Home Hub
>2. The version of the Google Home app(screenshot of the Arlo cameras showing in the Google Home app)<
3. If there are other devices working with Google Home Hub?
Yes. I can turn my TV on and off using the Hub. I can also turn turn on and off switches from various makers like KASA and IDEVICES.

I have this same issue as well, but on the Nest Hub Gen 2.
I hope Arlo support responds with a resolution.

it's been a year at least since this issue was reported. Arlo doen't seem very interested.

Yeah I see that as there are several of these "unresolved" complaints. Too bad, guess it is time to move away from Arlo and look into another system that integrates with stability.

Indeed, don't waste your time here anymore, they won't do anything about it.
