Hi I moved to a new house and changed my Apple HomeKit system. I have disconnected ( via Arlo app ) the old HomeKit system and tried to set Arlo to the new HomeKit, Arlo Basestion couldn't connect . I tried it via the QR code on the base station direct via the apple homekit app. After a while it stated that this bridge is connected at another HomeKit system. Any ideas on how to solve this ?

You more then likely need a token reset. I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

HI Brooke,
unfortunately it didn't resolve the issue . I am now able to see the bridge in the HomeKit setup ( no error "Device already connected to another Home" ) . But in the next step it stated Device not found maybe you have to reboot the device. I done the reboot 4 x times but not success . ( In the Arlo app I couldn't connect to the device on the HomeKit setup // all other functions / eg camera views etc work well / Internet connection is great ) Any ideas. ?

it from the Apple Homekit and re-add it, the other step is reset the basestation fully. However, you will have to add the cameras back on if you do that. And you may need another token reset after preforming the reset.
