Hello,
There is a error message when I want to view my Arlo cameras (VMC3030) on my Google home hub 2 (see picture)
All cameras are working fine in the google app.
Does it have anything to do with End of Life support for this model?
Anyone a solution?

I would recommend resetting up the Google Home Hub. I have provided some informational links for the set up and also troubleshooting steps:

Thanks for your suggestion but unfortunately that didn't work...
There are many other users with the same problem, see also this thread on Googlenestcommunity:

What is the version of the Google Home Hub that you are on? Also what is the version of the Google Home app (screenshot of the Arlo cameras showing in the Google Home app) Also do you have any other devices working with Google Home Hub? Was there any updates that were done before this behavior had started? If so which app was updated?

For the Google Home Hub:
Fuchsia version: 12.20230611.1.67
Software version: 53.110.0.549404370
Cast firmware: 1.70.377722
Other devices that are linked with Google are: Shelly, Hue, Hombli & Qnect.
And no I haven't updated anything.

When I ask my Google Nest Hub to show this camera, it does not show the camera and I get the following text on the Hub:
<Error>
<Code> </Code>
<Message> </Message>
<RequestId> </Request Id>
<HostId> </HostId>
</Error>
The firmware on the camera is up to date. I factory reset the hub. I can view the camera using the iphone Google Home app.
This used to work. What happened?

The Arlo Baby, Arlo Q and the VMC3030 can not be streamed on the Google Home. At this time the Pro and Pro 2 are unable to be streamed with the Google Home as well.

BrookeN, could you elaborate about the Pro2 and streaming on the Google Home? Are there plans to make it work again? It was working. What broke it? It seems like once a product function is working, nothing should be done to kill the function.

I have the same issue, factory reset both the camera and the Google home display. Reconnected account to app as well. I have the Essential Indoor Arlo Camera. Most recent firmware. Is my camera a end of life device? Will this issue not get resolved because it's discontinued? That's what other forums are saying. The Google home app can pull the live feed.

No change. Problem is exactly as described before. Wouldn't fixing the problem require a firmware update to the camera?

My apologies please disregard. For the Pro and Pro 2 cameras there is a feature request to have that work with Google Home again. However, as of now there is no ETA when that will be available.

Exasperating. How is breaking the feature in software, then repairing it, slated as a feature request? It's a fix what you broke request.
