Audio but no video with wired doorbell on Echo Show

I have the same issue reported in these threads:
I have 3 Pro cameras and a wired doorbell. The cameras all display on the Echo Show with audio & video, but the doorbell has just audio. When trying to connect the Show reports "waiting for Arlo..." before eventually timing out with the message from Alexa "Hmmm, the camera isn't responding"
2d ago the doorbell feed worked fine. I have only had the doorbell and Show for 10d, but the rest of my system is a few year's old now.
I've tried power cycles, disabling and re-enabling the skill and other suggestions in those threads but nothing has resolved the issue. When I connect to the doorbell with the Arlo app I get both video and audio

We have smart doorbell and 1 camera. Cannot get Alexa to
show the picture. Can get it to announce motion sometimes intermittently but if it does work then there is no live view. This is on echo show 5 and 8
have tried routines and again work intermittently but if routine manages to show live view on one of the devices then the other fails !

I have tried to get this working but I have not been successful. I just want the live video to appear on my echo show 15 device when someone pushes the doorbell. Here are the steps that I have done to try to fix this but with no luck.
- Deleted and re-added all cameras within the Arlo app
- Restarted the Arlo hub
- Ensured that the alexa app has my Arlo cameras linked and set the motion announcements and doorbell press notifications are enabled
- Even tried to set up a routine within the alexa app
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
