cannot connect to HomeKit, stuck on discovering screen. I think I need a token reset?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Still isn't working for me. I followed the instructions, but I'm still stuck at the "Discovering your device. Please wait." screen. This used to work a long time ago...

Try logging out and logging back in and then trying the steps again. If that does not work, you would have to reset the base station and re-add on the cameras.

I tried factory reset by pressing the reset button on the back of the base station. I had to add all my cameras but I still was not able to setup HomeKit. It still hangs on that screen.
