Anyone experiencing connection issues between the two apps the past couple of days? Did we just get a firmware update? SmartThings no longer controls the cameras going off or on in the Enabled Mode for the Arlo cameras.

Hi!

I've posted this issue a couple of weeks ago and it was "fixed" but suddenly again all arlo devices appear offline on Smartthings and after trying to re-add them I recieved the error message attached. Any help is appreciated

Yes, I have the same issue.  I know the cameras were switched on correctly from Smartthings Classic about 10pm (UK time) on Wednesday evening 22nd April.  24 hours later the cameras did not switch on.  I switched them on from the Arlo mobile app on Android and tested the system.  Smartthings alarmed when triggered, but the cameras did not record as they should have. I have all of the record settings in Smartthings and nothing setup to record directly in the Arlo settings. My Arlo base station has firmware 1.16.1.1_3348_facf74c.  It says no updates are available.  I don't know when this firmware was last updated as it is set to automatically update.

Check out this thread over at the SmartThings Community: https://community.smartthings.com/t/arlo-integration-not-working/189935/40 . It appears this is happening to a lot of folks using both products and tickets have been submitted. Most likely an Arlo firmware upgrade to cameras or base station.
