Arlo Pro 2 - Homekit not discovering

My Arlo cameras stopped working on Apple Homekit today and I tried removing and re-adding them to Homekit but I get stuck on the screen “Please wait discovering your device” I’ve read a few other posts that a token reset/reboot should do the trick. Can someone help me? Thanks

Hi imcampos,

 

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online. Make sure your Arlo iOS app is on the latest version, which is version 3.5.1 and then try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

James C, I’m having the same issue. My Homekit stopped showing the cameras so I removed my Arlo from Homekit and now I can’t connect back. Can you send me a token reset? Thanks
