Vmb4000 basestation and homekit stuck discovering

How do I get a token reset? Not sure exactly what it is, but seems to be the solution to getting my HomeKit and arlo talking again. Thanks.

Hi Sixburg,

 

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online. Make sure you have the latest Arlo iOS app, which is version 3.5.1, and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
