Apple HomeKit stuck “discovering your device. Please Wait”

I am trying to connect my Arlo Ultra base station VMB4000r3 with firmware 1.16.3.2_3563_6cd3d19 to Apple Homekit. It worked before. But somehow it stopped working and I couldn’t get it added back to my HomeKit. I have restarted the base station many times, and after hitting the Set up button, it is just stuck on "Discovering your device. please wait.”

Please help!
