Hello,

I am unable to add my Arlo Base Station to Apple HomeKit, it is just stuck on 'Discovering your device'. Would I be able to get a token reset please?

@brampower  and @Nick15  I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

I am having the same problem with my Base Station.  When I go in the Arlo App, Base Station Settings, I have no option to enable HomeKit.

How is this issue solved?

@brampower you will need to reset the basestation. Please keep in mind that you will need to add the cameras back to the account. After resetting the basestation, please follow the steps to set up without a code. From the link that was provided.

Thank you @BrookeN

The Arlo base/cameras are not listed in home (settings -> hubs)
unplugged/rebooted arlo basestation
Unplugged/rebooted Apple tv

Arlo App -> router -> info -> homekit -> Devices Found [SPINNER]

Any ideas what my be out of sync? Cameras we connected up until a week ago

thank you

If you can not see the cameras you may need to reset the basestation. Please keep in mind if the basestation is reset you will need to add back all the cameras.

Thanks -- there is no workaround for this issue without a reset?

If you already did the reboot and try it that way, then no that is the next step.

Thank you, and as I DM’ed you the reason, for others benefit was I have a router and a seperate wifi 7 router, the Arlo was plugged into the first router but the Apple home was running from the wifi router, so you must have the Apple and Arlo plugged into the same wifi router.

Yes.   The wifi 7 router has its own NAT firewall, which blocks Apple Home.

The other option would be to set up the wifi 7 router as an access point.

@Glasshalffull I for sure can. Do you want it reset on both your basestations?
