New issue(s), as I have two systems, but never needed to 'search' for an answer, of which I haven't time to 'search'.
#1 problem is my one system doesn't list 'preferences' as it was installed last night-- WHY doesn't it list (basic plan)? If this is Arlo's way of increasing sales, I'm not impressed. I am impressed with this system, majority, especially when it comes to the unequaled other products I have tried prior.
I'm guessing I need to reinstall the app, but I can't find any obvious directions on that, as I need the preferences list, and I haven't time to search this info.
And I would rather talk to someone on the phone so I can troubleshoot the problem without manning my email for an answer.

- At the top of each page in this forum is a link to Support. From that page click on the Contact Support link (under Helpful Links). Scroll down to where it says Give Us A Call. A menu drop-down provides options to select from multiple countries for support phone numbers. The US is pre-selected, the phone number to call support is (408)-638-3750.
Or, you could have tried this.
But yeah, I get it, you haven't time to search this info.

Thank you very much. I couldn't even find a phone number. My first system had all the info I needed to make changes, and now with another installed system, I don't have any options, like preferences.

Reinstalling the app is like any other - uninstall it and then install as if for the first time. Takes seconds.
