Account doesn't see own camera, stuck "getting status"

My dad installed a camera using his account and he granted me access to it. When I log into the app I see the green screen which says "press to go live" (instead of snapshot) but he doesn't even see that, for him it perpetually says "getting status". This means that I have more access to the camera on my account than he he does even though the camera is on his account. He can't set the schedule, can't remove the camera, can't do anything. But he does get notifications when the motion sensor goes off and he can watch the recorded videos. Please help!

Easiest thing to do is try a different browser like Fire Fox or Chrome.

If what TomMac suggests doesn't work, consider removing the camera and going through the sync/grant access process again. Let us know if you continue having trouble.
