Does this happen to anyone else? If I bring up my Arlo app on my iPhone or open the website to view my cameras, I immediately get a Motion notification on my phone (always from one camera out of my 4) and the video recording light comes on and records a clip on that camera. Yet there's no 'motion', just me viewing the cameras remotely.

Not seen that before on IOS and Ipad...
Are you starting the live view from the 'triangle' or the 'round circle' ?
If starting normally from center of screen, it may be the app needs to be deleted and reinstalled.

Starting normally from the center of the screen. But I don't even need to actually be viewing a camera yet when the suspect camera triggers motion and sends a notification. Plus it also happens if I view the cameras on the web. So I'm thinking it's not the app. Just something very odd going on there. I'll keep digging.

cminniect,
That is definitely odd. Like TomMac, I have not heard of or experienced this issue. As you say, if it occurs on both the web ui and the app it is likely not an app related issue. I would be interested in knowing if removing and resyncing this problem camera would yield the same results. Under system settings, go to "camera order" and click the green "X" to remove the camera that is causing the notification and then add it back to the base station. If you could consider trying this and letting us know the results it would be appreciated!
Thank you!
