Sounds like no cameras are set up in the motion on mode. Do you have green check marks for cameras? In the Cameras view, do you show a green running man or is it gray?

The motion on mode will not turn on. It stays on motion off. I have deleted and created both the rule AND the mode and it still will not change to motion on setting. Can't delete motion off because it says that it is active. What do I do?

I had this problem on one of my 5 cams. It would not let me change motion on to motion off because it continuously said it was active. In the end I removed batteries on the cam, reset and resynched. That did the trick.
