Hi, is there a way to check in the app or via browser how much storage space is left. I have a basic plan.
Thank you.

There is no worry about your limit, as it's a non-factor, be concerned with the 7 days... on the 8th day, day #1 is deleted.
if you have naything you want to save, d/l it.

Cbird,
Library content is saved to the cloud for 7 days. After 7 days content is automatically deleted unless you have a subscription plan allowing it to remain for a longer period (30 days for Premier, 60 days for Elite).

Hi JamesC:
I think a source of confusion is this page:
http://www.arlo.com/en-us/products/subscription-plans.aspx
Currently it reads:
---
Basic
- 7 Days of Cloud Recordings(Up to 1GB Cloud storage)
- Up to 5 cameras
- Limited Support for 3 Months
FREE
---
Can this page be updated so that new users are not confused about the old 1GB limit?
Thanks.

I know Netgear has been trying to update the info ....
It does refer back to the SW pre Jan 2016 when there was a big change (total SW revamp).
