Since IOS 10 update, neither my Iphone 6s nor Ipad will retain password and auto log in. I am not logging out after using the app.
No problem with my Mac. It is a major problem given my usage pattern, and was working fine until IOS10.

After trying many paths I decided to remove the apps from the IOS devices and reload. This has worked and both now remember the username and password.
Thanks for your assistance.

Put in a trouble report ; Support at top of page, next page contact support.
This will put the iOS 10 into the gene pool and maybe a better answer down the road.
