I created about 12 different rules and 10 different modes. Every so often I go to look at the rules to tweak it and I only see 6. I go back to modes where some of the 6 rules that disappeared were being used and I don't see those rules. If I wait a while, they eventually return. Anyone else having this problem?
Is this forum the appreciate place to bring issues to support's attention?

Good morning Tats,
I haven't seen this type of behavior but I can test this out and try to replicate. If you are below 1.3.2078 I recommend enabling automatic updates and power cycling the base station to download the most current firmware.
Can you confirm what firmware version the base station is on?
I look forward to your update!
Best Regards,
Christine - Arlo Team

Would that info be under "About" in the android app? if so, my version states 1.74.7597_1107
However, online on the web, it states "1.7.5.14_7977"
The system is set to auto-update.
Weird, on my android I see 5 rules. Online on the web I see 10 rules which is accurate.
(I think I deleted 2 rules previously, so I used to have 12, down to 10.)

If it's ok on a web browser, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Alternatively, go into device settings (gear), scroll down to Apps and select. Depending on the exact menus, go into the Application Manager and select Arlo. From there you can try to clear the cache and see if that helps. If not, clear data. That's almost as good as reinstalling the app. Note that clearing data or reinstalling will require that you can log back in so remember your password.
