I have just set up two cameras which appear to be working fine.  I am able to access them on my MacBook Pro, my iPad Air 2 and my iPhone 6.  I added my wife as a family account but when she tries to use her iPhone 6 plus or on her MacBook Air, only one of the cameras shows up and even this one drops its connection and she gets an error message saying that her device appears offline.

xhtml2,

When you added her using the grant access feature did you toggle both cameras to allow her access? You can check what is being shared by navigating to grant access on the primary account.

I found it necessary to have all accounts given admin rights too.
