Arlo Q - Can you just use this camera in live view mode

Hi all,

i want to use the Arlo Q as a child monitor and basically leave it on all night to see what my 2 year old is up to in his cot. Is this possible or does the camera only really work as a motion detection system that records video as a result? of motion detected?

To use it as a 24/7 camera, you'll need the CVR subscription option. Otherwise, you can only record with motion or use live view which will timeout after 30 minutes (I think - that's what it is for the wireless cameras).
