Just recieved my new base station after dealing with a 29 day back and fourth with arlo replacing my old base station that randomly stopped connecting. Now that i got the new base station all hooked up. they seemed to have changed the app in the time i was without my arlo system. Now i dont see any of my old videos which is probably due to them being a month old or so. and i also dont see any options for what to do with old videos on the cloud. There used to be an option for automatically deleting old videos if the cloud is full. or deleting old videos after X amount of time. I dont see those options anymore. now my cameras are taking forever to become un-busy so i can live view them for adjustments or whatever.
I have to say these were working perfectely when i first got the system. seems like whatever update or firmware they released may have screwed up a few lines of code or something lol. I think ill be going back to the time tested wired DVR camera system if these arlos keep giving me problems. Home security is something i dont feel comfortable going without while my system is on the fritz.

VegasK9,
Take a look at this article that outlines the changes made with the new update: New Arlo App: A Quick Guide to New Features
Any videos older than the limit specified by your subscription will automatically be deleted. For example if you have the Basic Plan, videos will automatically delete after 7 days.
