I can report that video clips from one-to-many rules that were missing before in the library are now showing.

Well, the camera counts aren't fixed. I first noticed numbers but didn't check on accuracy. I just did and found two cameras with 4 videos indicated but the library had many more for each camera. I logged out and back in and all counters are back to 0. I logged out again and flushed cache and data before logging in yet again. Still 0s. So, the counts aren't working properly yet.

I have just updated with the new app and the counters showed numbers. I also didn't check the accuracy.
After reading this thread I checked to count the numbers and all my cameras are showing zero again!
