For the last couple of days when starting the iOS app on either my iPad or iPhone the "Mode" button does not always appear. I have to keep fully closing the app and restarting it until it shows again.

The Android and Web versions are working fine.

Anyone else noticed this?

PS I am using the latest App updates.

Both my iPad2 and IPhone6 are on iOS 8.1.2

gilbo2,

This could be due to the outdated version of iOS. Consider updating your devices to the latest version of iOS and try again.

I noticed the same thing. My iOS is fully up to date.

I have an iPhone 6s with iOS 9.3.2 (i.e. latest ios). The Mode button is NEVER present when I open the Arlo app. Only Camera, Library and Settings are present when the App opens. However, the Mode button typically appears about 2 seconds later, but it sometimes takes longer for Mode to appear. I don't have to close/re-open the App for it to appear.

I see the same behavior described by Pavlova. After a second or two the Mode button will be present at the bottom of the app screen.

gilbo2,

Are you still experiencing this issue after updating your iOS version?

Sorry, I am not able to update my iOS so unable to advise. Problem is very random though and seems less likely when connecting via my mobile network rather that WiFi.

there is no mode selection icon on my iphone 6.  I am the added device to our account and I can not change the mode from my phone.  the update to the app has not resolved this issue.
