Anyone else have issues with the latest upgrade app.

The mode settings keep changing on their own?

 

I notice a couple of comments on the app store listings regarding this as well.

Geoff,

 

A hot fix was released over the weekend that resolved the issue with modes changing on their own. Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue.

If you read through the recent posts here, you'll find numerous such reports. I've been able to stabilize mine but I' not exactly sure what I did other than to use a bigger hammer.  Try using the browser and maybe different ones.  You may have to reset them several times before they stick.  My issue seemed to start with trying out geofencing and then turning it off.  YMMV.

@jguerdat.....yes I tried the geofencing out as well. Then turned it off as a waste of time.

I wish they had used their efforts in rectifying the various 'moans' on here!

Sorry for jumping in the thread first of all

Is there anyway you or an advantage help me out
I was unable to login to my Arlo app after receiving an alert to my email address for.motion detection
Everytime I tey logging in I get an error saying wrong email or pass.

I have tried to press forgot password but comes back saying your email is not found in the database

How can this be as I keep receiving email alerts to the same email address?
