GEOFENCE in Arlo Q only recognises one mobile device

I have set up geofence as directed by Arlo Instructions pdf.  The camera arms and disarms when I leave home, but fails to work when another family member moves about. When I open the geofnce menu, I can see that it correctly lists their location as away or in zone, but that data doesnt change the system status as it should.  I hear others have had geofence problems so woyld much appreciate any help with a solution, failing which the camera doesnt meet my needs and was misdescribed.

Within Geofencing settings, consider disabling the phone that is behaving incorrecting, save, and then enable the phone again.

 

Do you still see the same behavior?
