Camera not recognizing movement in low standing sunlight

Hello
When the sunlight stands lower about 3 to 5 pm in the afternoon.
The cameras facing the sun do not operate.
I can park a car / walk in front of it .. nothing..
any idea ?

Yes, re position the camera . Try to angle down more or relocate for less sun in lens.
The Motion detect works off of the radiation of IR or Reflection of same... The sun is a very big IR radiator. The large amount of IR as the sun sets may be over-powering the IR sensor to the point it can't detect any differential in other objects... since the sensor looks for changes over sections of the chip ( that does the detecting ) and doesn't see any, the motion trigger doesn't work.
