That just means you need to modify or add more modes. Since you want some cameras on at all times and others at only certain times, try this:
Mode 1 - one camera
Mode 2 - all cameras
Now use the schedule. Assuming you want all cameras on at night, Mode 2 would be scheduled from 12:00AM to, say 7:00AM. Mode 1 would then be set frl 7:01AM to 7:00PM. Then Mode 2 would be scheduled from 7:01PM to 11:59PM. This way one camera is on all the time but only the single one would be on for certain times. Modify as needed and even add additional modes to fine tune other time periods.

You prob have to create Custom Modes,,,, split up the cameras into groups so some can be armed and others not.
Explain exactly what you want and how many cameras

Yes the problem is i have to modes set I can set each mode individual in the schedual each for different times. One is set to on all the time the others a set time. When I set times for the second set it overlaps time set for the first set so that they are no longer on. So now instead of being on all the time it is only on until the other cameras turn on. Not sure how to explain it. It seems times can't overlap between modes.
