Anyone I can speak to who is from the US?

I have called Customer Service twice, and both times, the rep was from India.  So, I asked to speak to someone in the US.  I could not communicate with the first guy, the second one told me to, "Just hang up and keep calling back until you get someone."  This is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

Does anyone know whom I can speak with who doesn't sound like they're from Bombay?

As far as I know, Arlo only has  Service reps in India and the Philippines.
