Seeking troubleshooting help from community.
I recently swapped out with 2nd refurbished system from Bestbuy.
Initially, everything went well. (Previous system has frequently camera disconnect issues and after a few weeks, cameras no longer caccessbiblee.)
After a few days, the systm and cameras no linger exisit in my Arlo account. Went through initial base system setup, and the system is no longer able to be found.
This is very frustrating... The Arlo system product design is fantastic. But the quality is so bad.
Please advise.

Could be an issue that it's refurbished. However, try resetting by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.

Long press reset and went through setup again fixed the issue. Thank you Jguerdat.
