Add on won't sync

Add on camera won't sync. Have followed all manual steps. Hard restart, new batteries, and nothing seems to work. Camera flashes blue and then goes to an Amber flash.

Define hard reset - using the reset button? If so, you have to start fresh after removing all devices in Settings, My Devices. If you mean a power cycle, make sure you're only pressing the base sync button briefly - don't hold it.

Have done both per instructions and manual. All of our other cameras were resynced and operational.

Also The amber light flashes is very fast.
