I have 3 cameras and cant get the forth to live stream due to a message stating I already have 5 cameras streaming. I have only 3 cameras live out of 4.

Try power cycling the base. If that doesn't work, remove the camera in Settings, My Devices and sync again. If that doesn't help, you may need to reset the base, remove all devices and start fresh.
