red/pink camera viewing condition

I have a camera positioned outside that has begun experiencing the red/pink condition.  I have removed and replaced the same batteries and the condition remains.  This is for both night and day.  

 

Please advise.

Thanks for answering.  I cannont seem to find a definitive answer to my problem but I can see that many others have had the the same proble with the red/pink camera viewing and recording.  Please provide me with a solution or camer replacement as warranted.  Thanks tom

I've had this problem for several weeks. Today I used the link JamesC gave you, opened a "chat" with customer service, sent my problem with a screenshot showing the red/pink hue, within 5 minutes was told that they would email a form to initiate a replacement case.

Already received the RMA email with link for Form. Filled out and got RMA # and address. Mailing later today via Priority Mail. Will update as required.
Arlo/Netgear does provide a "check on RMA" link for you.
