When trying to connect to my Arlo system through the website when I'm away from home, I get the following error: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." I can view past recordings, just not live video.
From my home computer, works fine.
From the phone app, works fine.
From any other computer outside my home, error message when trying to view live.
Anyone have any idea where I should start looking for the issue?

It is possible that your corporate firewall is blocking flash. So it would be useful to try the surface in a couple of different locations (including home).

Are these your computers? If so, do these same computers work correctly on your home network?

One is my desktop at work, the other is my Surface. I can try the Surface from my home network tonight and see if it works from there.

That's exactly what it is. I just used my phone as an access point instead of our company's internet and it loaded just fine.
