Arlo wireless not connecting need HELP

I have the standard wireless Arlo with 2 cameras and until recently they always worked. I can now only view one of them. I have tried to re add the other and sync it on the app but it doesnt work, i have then done a master reset and tried to connect via the website on a laptop but again it doesn't work. Can anyone help please.

Were you able to sync the first camera when you reset the base station?

Are you seeing a slow blinking blue LED when you insert the batteries?

 

If you aren't seeing the LED, then the camera has probably failed.

Hi, yes the other camera works fine and synced straight away. 

The light flashes blue as it should but literally just doesn't find it.

Did you try removing/reinserting the batteries before the sync attempt?

 

If you have, then perhaps contact support.
