I've been having problems with cameras . I have contacted customer service and posted 10+ times here always with unanswered promises. If you are thinking about buying Arlo. DONT DO IT. It's a giant scam and a pain in the ass. Worst customer service ever

Good morning Bshillbilly,

I have sent you a private message that contained some things to try, if you haven't done so already. For the benefit of the community I have also included them here.

1. Reboot your base station for good measure

2. Swap batteries from a working camera and insert into non-functioning camera

3. Press the sync button on the Base Station (hold for only about 2 seconds or until the camera icon led begins to blink)

4. Click the sync button on the Camera until it's led begins to blink blue

5. Observe the LED behavior on the camera.

6. The LED should rapidly blink blue indicating a successful sync after about 10-15 seconds but could take slightly longer.

- If it blinks rapid amber the sync was unsuccessful and recommending one more try.

If these steps do no resolve the issue please let us know so we can investigate further. You can also contact our support center at Arlo Support.

I look forward to your update.

Best Regards,

Christine
