library count starts at 100 all the time when I get a notification on my Iphone

Why does the library count start at 100 all the time when I get a notification on my Iphone. I have the latest firmware and App on this phone .I had the same issue with an previous Iphone. I delete all videos out of the library after viewing them.

This does the same thing on mr Ipad also. I have rebooted the phone and Ipad and the router and still the same thing.

Are you referring to the number on the camera widget after you log in to your Arlo account or are you referencing the Arlo icon on your iOS desktop.

Have you tried uninstalling and downloading a fresh version of the mobile app?
