 i have 5 cam I want to add more cam in pro. ????????? and The purchase another device with 5 came But the program does not accept upgrade your account .

I think your app is hosed. Reinstall it to fix the display corruption.

It sounds like you are describing an issue with purchasing a subscription? What is preventing you from doing so? Do you get an error if you attempt to select another plan?
