how do i install the arlo ceiling/table mount on a ceiling

Twist off the base plate. Stick the base plate to the ceiling with the two screws. Attach the main part of the mount to the base plate

I used Gorillia tape adhesive double sided to secure my cameras indoors.  I didn't want to put holes in my walls or ceilings.  The Gorillia tape doesn't leave any marks when removed and makes it convenient to move the camera to different parts of my house.
