Firmware version: 1.2.4941

Firefox version:  46.0.1

Seems the last week that when I attempt to view Live my cameras - nothing happens.

But mode settings, Library files, & Pan & Zoom under settings all works fine.

Internet Expl works just fine.

Loaded question - but any suggestions with FireFox?

sethm1,

You might also try a fresh install of your Firefox browser. I have tested this using the version of Firefox you indicate above and have had no issues with Live view.

Some times it's fine, sometimes, not,.... been this way from the beginning.  There are so many variables in each computer with updates, etc there is no telling.

Biggest is with flash , so check those settings first.

yes, this last week when I opened the Arlo page there was a msg to update Flash - which I did, but that did not seem to help.

Enabled Silverlight plug in - but that did not make a  difference.

Silverlight won't help. Live view requires Flash - most other stuff works fine without it. Maybe uninstall Flash and reinstall.

Uninstalled Flash, rebooted PC and reinstalled Flash - still no  fix.

Guess will use IE and my iPad.

Mine crashes every time I go to watch the email indicated video.

If I reinstall firefox (i have updated it) will I lose my bookmarks and passwords? That would be awful!

should I use chrome, safari, or explorer instead?

You can try restarting FF with add-ons disabled to see if that helps first.

To reinstall, make sure you have Sync set up to save your settings (also useful for setting up a new device to use FF with the same settings). That should allow you to uninstall and reinstall FF with no issues - just use the sync feature to recover your settings.
