Read a few things on this but older topics, I have to keep going in to this section and re-check a phone (not always the same phone). Is there a way to make it, not uncheck my phones? What would cause a phone to be unchecked?

Hi ulao,

 

Could you clarify which section you're referring to where Enabled Devices keep dropping your phone? Is this referring to Geofencing?

Yes the geofencing.
