I started my arlo and all was well. now it has stopped working. All three lights are on at the station. there is no base station in my subscription. I try to add my base how ever it thinks for awhile then does not connect.

Keep in mind you need to be on the same network as the base station to add it to your account. If you are on the same network and still having trouble, consider a factory reset of the base station itself and then try to add it back to the account by going to "subscriptions" and "add base station."
