Some suggestions for others with off line issues.   For months my cameras would go offline for no apparent reason.  The center lilght on the base station would turn amber.  Called for help many times but issue kept reccuring.  About a month ago an Arlo tech walked me through reconfiguring the base station.  Don't remember what that involved but have not had an off line issue since that time.  Cameras working beautifully.

Another suggestion for those who complain of red videos.  It happened again to me recently and I solved by opening the battery compartment door for a brief time and reclosing it.  Red tint disappeared.

Finally, one of my  cameras had a very weak signal...too far from base station.  Solved issue by buying a range extender (AC model), putting it in a room midway between furthest camera and modem.  Plugged base station into range extender which now communicates wirelessly with modem.  I think I needed help to set the range finder settings but since installing it I have maximum strength in both my cameras.

Really like Arlo set up and it's working perfectly now with very clear pictures and sensitive motion detection which notifies me on cell phone.

Hope these ideas help
